The Victory Hall is the Balcombe Village Hall and gives the community an ideal meeting place for a wide variety of functions; spacious enough to accommodate large groups for public meetings, indoor sports, fitness groups, weddings, dances, monthly cinema shows and regular Craft Fairs, often in conjunction with the Balcombe Club on the same premises.
It is equipped with all mod. cons., including a large, well-equipped kitchen, disabled toilet with changing facilities for mothers with babies and a ramped side access to the hall from the car park. A stage, with large drop-down screen, sound system, lighting and a piano is included and used regularly for drama productions etc. A variety of seating arrangements is possible, either in rows or at tables, with upholstered chairs, seating up to 180.
The hall is decorated with unique frescoes by the famous artist Neville Lytton, but for weddings, for example, we welcome more modern decorations.
