Storm Eunice is set to reach West Sussex tomorrow (Friday 18 February).
| The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning. Disruption is likely on the roads and railways, as well as to bus and ferry services, and flights. Please see the Met Office advice about what you can do to be prepared, stay safe and protect your property. All Recycling Centres in West Sussex will be closed tomorrow because of the storm. They are expected to reopen on Saturday depending on weather conditions. A meeting of the full council due to be held tomorrow at County Hall in Chichester has been postponed until Monday 28 February. This is in line with advice from Met Office to only travel if necessary this Friday. |
