Balcombe Parish Council are deeply saddened to learn of the death of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh who has given such long and distinguished service to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth.

The whole Council wishes to send its deepest and most sincere condolences to HM The Queen and the whole Royal Family at this time of national mourning.
