Balcombe Parish Council will be making a video recording of this evening’s meeting in its entirety so that it has a record of the meeting.

The Environment Agency had asked that copies of the DVD should not be made available to others. However, following representations from members of the public, it has now withdrawn its objections. In due course a copy of the DVD will be available to anyone who wants one. Details of how to obtain one will be posted as soon as they are available.

BPC believes that if others are permitted to make video recordings this could disrupt the meeting. Therefore such video recording is not permitted. Anyone seen making a video recording will be asked to stop and, if they refuse to do so, they may be removed from the meeting. To have to take such action would not be in the spirit of the meeting, and the cooperation of all concerned is requested.
