MEET THE
ENVIRONMENT AGENCY
A chance for Balcombe residents to learn from representatives of the Environment Agency about its role in safeguarding the people and the environment from the various risks associated with the exploration for and extraction of oil and/or gas, and to ask them questions. The meeting will be chaired by Mr Geoffrey Lean, Contributing Editor (Environment) of the Daily Telegraph

ADMISSION BY TICKET ONLY
Balcombe residents who would like to attend the meeting must apply for free tickets by telephoning the Parish Clerk, Rosemary Robertson, (01444 811833), between 9.00 am and 12 noon on any day between Monday 16th and Monday 23rd September inclusive. Applicants will be required to give an address in Balcombe to which tickets will be delivered either by hand or by post. Please note that it will not be possible to collect tickets from the Parish Clerk. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of two tickets being allocated to any one address.
