The recently announced new consultative ballot seeking local opinion on the latest planning application from Cuadrilla, together with opinions on the prospect of further planning applications has been postponed. WSCC have reported to us that Cuadrilla have not yet provided some revised information that WSCC require to validate the application and that this information is expected in about 2 weeks. We have not been advised of the precise nature of the information that needs revising. We will refresh the consultative ballot process as soon as the planning application is valid and publicly available.
